Our warehouse is located in Europe which is our main market, but we do deliver worldwide. If you are located outside Europe, please check for shipping options in the cart window in this online store.

You can see the shipment charge in the checkout window when you choose items to your cart, add your delivery address, and choose the shipping method.

Additional customs, duties as well as brokerage charges may apply when delivering outside the European Union, depending on the shipping destination. Please note that you are responsible for such charges, and they are not added to your order in this online shop.

The delivery time depends on the product, the destination country and chosen shipping method. The estimated delivery time in Europe is usually 3-8 days. Unfortunately, delivery time cannot be guaranteed as there are multiple factors that can affect the delivery.

Yes. The tracking number can be found in the shipment confirmation e-mail, which is sent to you when your order has been shipped. You can track your order and follow the delivery process online.

Yes. Any unused items in their original condition can be returned to the online shop provided you send us a clear written notice of cancellation within 14 days from the day after you received the order. The notice can be sent via our web shop contact form or by sending an email to nammobrandsstore@wackes.com. Please wait for return instructions from us.
